Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: July 16, 2026  ·  Flouers Agri Private Limited

Thank you for choosing Flouers Agri Private Limited. As a trusted agricultural export company from India, we are committed to providing premium-quality agricultural products and professional export services. Since our business primarily involves international B2B transactions, bulk orders, and customized export shipments, this Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines our general approach regarding order cancellations, refunds, and claims. By placing an order with Flouers Agri Private Limited, you agree to the terms described in this policy unless otherwise agreed in a written sales contract.

1. About Flouers Agri

Flouers Agri Private Limited specializes in exporting premium-quality agricultural products, including:

  • Fresh Onions
  • Dehydrated Onion
  • Dehydrated Garlic
  • Fresh Garlic
  • Fresh Potatoes
  • Fresh Bananas
  • Peanuts
  • Indian Spices
  • Other agricultural commodities

We supply importers, wholesalers, distributors, food manufacturers, and retailers across international markets.

2. Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only after:

  • Both parties agree on the product specifications
  • Quantity and pricing are finalized
  • Payment terms are accepted
  • Delivery terms (Incoterms) are agreed upon
  • Written confirmation is issued by Flouers Agri Private Limited

Once production, sourcing, grading, packaging, or export documentation has commenced, cancellation options become limited.

3. Order Cancellation

Customers may request cancellation before order processing begins. However, once any of the following activities have started, cancellation may not be possible:

  • Product procurement
  • Harvest scheduling
  • Quality inspection
  • Sorting and grading
  • Packaging
  • Export documentation
  • Container booking
  • Customs clearance
  • Shipment dispatch

Cancellation requests are reviewed individually based on the current stage of the order. Any costs already incurred may be deducted where applicable.

4. Customized Orders

Many export orders are prepared according to customer-specific requirements, including:

  • Product grade
  • Size
  • Packaging
  • Labeling
  • Private branding
  • Container configuration

Customized or specially prepared orders generally cannot be cancelled once processing has started.

5. Refund Policy

Because agricultural export orders involve customized procurement, international logistics, and contractual agreements, refunds are not automatically available. Refunds may be considered only in circumstances such as:

  • Duplicate payments
  • Overpayments
  • Order cancellation approved by Flouers Agri before processing
  • Situations specifically covered under the signed sales agreement

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever reasonably possible.

6. Product Quality Claims

We maintain strict quality inspection procedures before every shipment. If a customer believes the delivered goods do not meet the agreed specifications, they should notify Flouers Agri immediately after receiving the shipment.

To help us investigate the matter efficiently, customers should provide:

  • Order or Invoice Number
  • Product Name
  • Container Number (if applicable)
  • Batch or Lot Details
  • Clear Photographs
  • Videos (if available)
  • Description of the issue
  • Supporting inspection reports where applicable

Each claim will be reviewed based on the contractual specifications, inspection records, and supporting evidence.

7. Damaged Shipments

Products transported internationally may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our control. If goods are damaged during transportation, customers should:

  • Inspect the shipment immediately upon arrival
  • Report any visible damage to the shipping line or logistics provider where required
  • Notify Flouers Agri as soon as possible
  • Preserve all packaging and evidence until the matter has been reviewed

Where marine insurance has been arranged under the agreed Incoterms, claims should also be submitted in accordance with the applicable insurance policy.

8. Non-Returnable Products

Due to food safety regulations, hygiene requirements, and the perishable nature of agricultural products, shipped goods are generally not eligible for return unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Delayed Shipments

International shipping may occasionally be delayed because of:

  • Weather conditions
  • Port congestion
  • Customs inspections
  • Government regulations
  • Shipping line schedules
  • Force majeure events

Such delays do not automatically qualify for order cancellation or refunds unless otherwise provided in the applicable sales agreement.

10. Contractual Terms

For international export transactions, the signed Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract, Purchase Agreement, or other written commercial agreement shall take precedence over this general Refund & Cancellation Policy whenever there is any difference.

11. Changes to This Policy

Flouers Agri Private Limited reserves the right to update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on this page.
